Grace Harris and Georgia Voll added 50 runs for the opening wicket against Mumbai Indians (MI) as UP Warriorz (UPW) had the first-ever wicketless power play in the Women's Premier League (WPL) 025 season. The Voll and Harris opening partnership knocked the stuffing out of MI. Harmanpreet Kaur deployed five bowlers, but the UPW openers dealt with all of them with relative ease. Voll, who was playing just her second WPL game, was the aggressor partner as she scored runs at a strike rate of over 180.
Voll took all the pressure off her Australian teammate Harris and kept the scoreboard moving. For MI, Nat Sciver-Burnt had a rare off day. The star all-rounder, who always chips in with regular wickets, could not able to dislodge this new UPW's openers.

Onus on UPW middle & lower batters to cash in on a good start, MI seek wickets
With already 80 runs on board, UPW would now be aiming to score 180 plus target. They have a good set of batters to follow like, Deepti Sharma, Kiran Navgire, and Chinelle Henry. Meanwhile, MI would be desperate to take wickets at regular intervals and stop UPW from posting a score above 180.
