Musheer Khan - 19 Years, 271 Days (Punjab Kings) 

Musheer Khan, the younger brother of Indian international Sarfraz Khan, is a young sensation who had a fantastic domestic season. He made an impressive debut in the Ranji Trophy tournament. Unfortunately, Musheer suffered a neck injury in an accident and has been sidelined for a year. He will miss this year's IPL, but Punjab Kings selected him at the base price as an investment for the future.

Arshin Kulkarni - 19 Years, 283 Days (Lucknow Super Giants) 

Arshin Kulkarni was brought back by the Lucknow Super Giants for 30 lakhs at this auction. He played two matches last season and showcased his skills as a power hitter, along with the ability to bowl medium pace. Last year, LSG groomed him well, and he had a solid performance in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. The team intends to give him more opportunities in the future, and he is expected to be a player to watch this season.

Noor Ahmed - 19 Years, 350 Days (Chennai Super Kings) 

Noor Ahmed is the most expensive player on this list, having been acquired by CSK for 10 crores at the auction. CSK actively pursued their desired bowlers this season, and Noor's proven IPL career with the Gujarat Giants made him a valuable asset. His spin bowling will be crucial, especially considering the spin-friendly nature of Chepauk. Noor is expected to play a pivotal role in CSK’s bowling lineup this season.

Kumar Kushagra - 20 Years, 32 Days (Gujarat Titans) 

Kumar Kushagra hails from Jharkhand and impressed MS Dhoni while batting in the nets. Although CSK has shown interest in him every season, the Gujarat Titans secured him for their squad. As a lower middle-order batter and designated finisher, he can hit the ball effortlessly out of the ground. Kumar is an excellent pick for GT this season, and he could perform consistently if given the chance.

Shaik Raseed - 20 Years, 61 Days (Chennai Super Kings) 

Shaik Raseed is a one-time IPL champion who has yet to make his official debut in the league. He was brought back by CSK at the base price after a fantastic performance in the Andhra league. Although he received limited chances with the CSK team, his contributions over the past two years have been as a dynamic fielder known for his clean catches. This year, there are expectations that Shaik Raseed may finally get opportunities in the IPL.
