The Royals lost big names like Jos Buttler, Trent Boult and Yuzvendra Chahal, pivoting to an Indian-heavy lineup. The franchise retained Yashasvi Jaiswal, Dhruv Jurel, Shimron Hetmyer, Sandeep Sharma, Samson and Parag. New signings like Jofra Archer and Wanindu Hasaranga add overseas punch.
