The WPL 2025 match 6 will be played between the UP Warriorz and the Delhi Capitals in Vadodara on Wednesday, February 19. The match starts from 7.30 pm IST with the Warriorz looking for their first win of the tournament.
They lost their season opener against the Gujarat Giants. The Warriorz Women scored 143/9 with the bat which was rather easily chased down by the Gujarat Giants women. The sixth match will also be the last to be played in Vadodara as the campaign will move to Bengaluru from match 7 to 14.
After the next seven matches in Bengaluru, Lucknow will host the next set of matches from match number 15 to 18. The final leg of the tournament will be played in Mumbai with the city hosting the WPL 2025 final as well on March 15.

WPL 2025 Match 5: UP vs DC Match PreviewÂ
The UP Warriorz this season are without their regular captain Alyssa Healy. He has taken a break from cricket as of now. Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma is currently leading the side. She has a good core of overseas players in Grace Harris, Tahila McGrath, Chamari Athapaththu amongst others. The trio will need to share the responsibilities of run-scoring. The bowling will depend on Deepti and her spinning partner Sophie Ecclestone. Alana King comes across as a brilliant addition to the side after her recent heroics in the Ashes.
Delhi Capitals led by Meg Lanning have played two matches as of now. They won their first game against Mumbai Indians and lost their next against the defending champions RCB WOmen. Shafali Verma has failed to give them consistent starts with the bat. Skipper Meg Lanning has also not found her form so far. Similar is the case with Jemimah Rodrigues. Misfields and drop catches have added to the misery of the Capitals in their previous loss to the RCB side. Delhi and UP are the bottom two teams in the points table as of now. UP are rooting for their first points while a win for Delhi Capitals will take them to four points and on par with RCB. The NRR has already come into play for all these teams.

Delhi Capitals have had the wood over the UP Warriorz in the WPL. They have won three out of the four games played so far in the tournament. The only win for UP against DC Women came in the last edition of the tournament when they won a thriller by just one run.
