Pakistan hosts New Zealand and South Africa for a tri-series ahead of the Champions Trophy starting from February 9 in Pakistan. The Men in Green are the hosts having won the title back in 2017.
Pakistan and the PCB are under extreme pressure to get the stadiums ready on time to stage the Champions Trophy in full glory. The renovation work is still on as the deadline to complete the work has already exceeded.
Meanwhile, the ICC has given PCB an extension to get the venues ready on time. The matches will be played in Rawalpindi, Karachi and Lahore, three of Pakistan's oldest stadiums. As part of the hybrid process, India play their games in Dubai.
