Grade A (₹50 Lakhs)

Just like last year, Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur, vice-captain Smriti Mandhana, and all-rounder Deepti Sharma have been retained in the Grade A contract. All three are the leaders of the group and have consistently delivered match-winning performances.

Grade B (₹30 Lakhs)

Renuka Singh Thakur, Jemimah Rodrigues, Richa Ghosh, and Shafali Verma have all been retained in Grade B. Shafali Verma, who was dropped during the recent home series, regained her form in the IPL for Delhi Capitals and managed to retain her central contract.

Grade C (₹10 Lakhs)

The new faces in the Grade C contract include spinners Shreyanka Patil and Titas Sadhu, as well as Arundhati Reddy, Amanjot Kaur, and Uma Chetry. All of them are receiving their first-ever contract from the BCCI.

Players Who Missed Out on Contracts

Sahibneeni Meghna, Harleen Deol, Anjali Sarvani, Meghna Singh, and Devaki Vidya missed out on a central contract. Particularly disappointing for fans is Harleen Deol, who scored her debut century against West Indies in the home series but still missed out.

Team India will face South Africa and Sri Lanka in a tri-series set to take place in Sri Lanka in May. India will also host the Women's World Cup this year, and the BCCI has shortlisted a few venues as per reports.
