Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah who was earlier close to being recalled into the Indian side for the ODI series against England is now ruled out of the tournament. Bumrah is not a part of India's updated ODI squad against England.
The Indian pacer has been battling injury concerns since the last Test against Australia in Sydney. He picked up a lower back injury and did not play a part in the last two days of the Sydney Test.
The Indian pacer was then not added for the England T20I series. There were reports that he was to visit a New Zealand doctor who almost ruled him out of the Champions Trophy. The BCCI still went ahead and added him in the squad.
