AB De Villiers Shares His Excitement On Returning To Competetive Cricket
He spoke about his return to cricket which was penned down by the WCL media. He said that he is making a comeback to the game after his sons started playing the game which pushed him to go that extra mile as well.
"Four years ago, I retired from all cricket because I just didn't feel the urge to play any more. Well, time has passed, and my young sons have started playing the game. We've been playing more and more often in the garden, and, well, it feels as though some kind of flame has been lit again," as quoted from a release by WCL.
De Villiers is popularly known as Mr.360 for his ability to play shots in all corners of the ground. He made a habit of playing some unorthodox shots till the time he played T20I cricket. He also played across all major T20 leagues leaving an impact in each of them.
